ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I wanted to tone down the electric violet at sunset and reworked the foreground several times to achieve this mood at the end the barn popped and the mossy green rough popped off the canvas but in a subtle way not to detract from the relaxed end of day mood of the scene.

I'm an artist living in Central Illinois who is inspired by color and Wolf Kahn. I would consider myself more of a colorist than an artist.
