ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This painting came about after a week or so working with different oil glazes on layers of turpentine,it was inspired by the thin layered color field paintings of Rothko, although I kept to a limited pallette.The painting has an aerial diaphonous appearance with depth and light.and as the title suggests has a measured equilibrium.
