Mixture of geometrical elements with architectural images, particularly Walter Gropius’ “Bauhaus Archiv” building, presented with a strictly aesthetic and compositive intention. The technique is a collage on wood that combines painting (acrylic and finishing touch in oil) with digital images processed with graphic design software. All of it is deeply inspired by the aesthetic of the Bauhaus movement, with its primary colors. Signed on the front.

JUAN PITA (Madrid, Spain, 1947), painter and architect with a long professional record in both fields. As a painter with experience in more than 30 individual exhibitions, 60 group exhibitions, art fairs and international events. My art includes oil and acrylic paintings, mixed techniques, charcoal drawing, pastel, ink and pencil. A while ago, I focused on etching, aquatint, and serigraphy printed series for an extended period. In recent years, I have incorporated digital language into my painting, introducing (“collaging”) computer-generated images to mixed techniques. This working line has recently been prized and presented in the exhibition “DIGIART” (nov-dec/2021). My art is permanently exhibited in my showroom in Torrecaballeros (Spain). Contact: /
