About The Artwork
Low Tho Seng, an experienced artist, obtained his Certificate in Applied Arts in 1983. He has taken part in various exhibitions and received commendation awards for the UOB Painting of the Year contest. He has done portraits for cabinet ministers, the Princess of Nepal and other VIPs. He is currently teaching Children's Art at various RCs and Oil & Water Painting at CCs in Singapore. This potrait was painted using the watercolor method in 1988.
