Art Description

Painting: Acrylic, encaustic wax, linen canvas on Canvas.

This painting is the second one from the open series: "Backyard" that was inspired by Armenian artist Minas Avetisyan works, especially "Woman gathering leaver" from the year of 1960.
The first painting of this series "Backyard I" was painted in early 90's last century and is in private collection in Canada.

The work "Backyard II" is the most spectacular from all series, because of its size (170 x 115 cm) and the technique that was used.

Pawel Górski favorite technique is acrylic in encaustic wax. Painted colors in wax are more vivid and can last for years.
