ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Painted in high quality linseed oil and color pigments. The fluidity of the image was achieved by using heavy amounts of linseed oil. The painting is on primed heavyweight, 300gsm cold pressed paper. This painting was made from a photograph taken during a quiet, morning mist. The fog was heavy in the field and obscured the distant tree line which seemed to blend into the sky. It looked in life like a painting already.
