ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This canvas, more textured than my other productions, was painted mainly by roller but also with knives and brushes. A thick layer of dark paint was applied to the bottom and then covered with more or less clear layers consisting of Natural Siena Earth, Burnt Siena Earth and Titanium White. One can imagine a landscape with the edge of a pond or a lake on the edge of a dark forest, but the advanced abstraction of the subject allows everyone to project another vision. I think that in this slightly different style, I managed to keep the spirit that animates my paintings and that contains a part of mystery and sacredness. https://youtu.be/e5TLPmBf_Jo
