ABOUT THE ARTWORK
These new pieces are a result of a desire to bring a new experience into my studio. I have never used fluid paints to pour onto canvas allowing it to flow in different directions using hands or a hair dryer. This painting was created in December 2021. This experience has opened my eyes to the vastness of another form of expressionism and creativity. I have fallen in love with doing the fluid pours and I hope that the viewer will see their own experiences in the work. Feel free to use your own narrative as you view the piece. The painting is signed on the back, and it is dated. It will come with a certificate of authenticity. The 8"x8"x1.5 inches gallery wrapped pieces can hang on a wall or be used on furniture to add a splash of color to your decor. I am an abstract expressionist artist. I paint from raw emotion and release every ounce of my spirit into my creative endeavors. I studied Theater Arts and Design in New York. Painting is a medium that came to me later in my life. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to express myself through abstraction. It's a delicious treat... sometimes decadent. I love the challenges that are presented as I contemplate new ideas, implement my thoughts, and watch them become a reality. in addition, I love listening to guests who visit my studio and purchase my art. Thanks to my clients and collectors - both national and international I was able to fundraise for the Charlotte Arts & Humanities Council of Charlotte County (Florida). It was wonderful to be able to dance and paint for such a great cause and to celebrate the arts community through scholarships for students.
