About The Artwork
The entire work is made on leather, a material of bovine origin called "gamuzón", and is composed of two parts: the central painting painted entirely with oil and the ornament that frames it, which was manually textured by the artist and painted with golden acrylics and patinas. In the back and upper part, a lacquered wood support is strongly adhered so that the work can be hung directly in the right place. The deep and marked cracks of the old stone well , were creating security and self-confidence in the spirit of the young woman. Now, again by the old well, the lady remains safe and beautiful, in the warm afternoon sun.
