Between The Great Divide Painting

I am using painting as a form of language, the set of paintings 'Between The Great Divide' are to be experienced and understood through our own body movement in space and time. The paintings open up a moment - an experience in time or richness in apparent simplicity. An experience which questions how exactly we see the modern world, the paintings are a undemonstrative way to slow down and pay attention to how we experience the world through colour, space and time. This experience may question the viewer who may find surprise within the symmetry and perception used in my paintings and to then find a unexpected significance within them.
