About The Artwork

the painting is a meditation on the spring season and the beauty of the explosion of vegetation. Billions of petals are carried by the wind in a dance that looks like a snow of flowers

I'm a painter, grafic artist,I do video art and image studies of nature, happenings.I also do mural decorations and iconography within the painting tradition or with a personal creative input, asccording to case.I write poetry and essay. I often reproached myself with the diversity of activities. The reason is that my contribution as an artist is somewhere on the fragile boundaries between visual art and that the artistic directions in which I work, feed on each other.I am concerned about the social impact of the art work over a long period of time. I'm not interested in the visual shock it has on the viewer. I am happy if my work breaks one the viewer's mental barrier. I feel that my work is rewarded if he got an enriched perception of the notions of freedom, freedom of expression and tolerance. Metaphysical peace and anxiety are a personal steadiness. At the same time, these quicksands are the land where I can rest my house of art and prolific field. Without believing it has curatively exorcizing or apotropaic properties, without the absurd claim of being able in any way to figure the world beyond the world, my labour seeks to convey my feelings in the closeness of the unknown (perhaps similar to those childish experiences of wanting to know the sea by dipping your finger into the water): a world impregnated by a precosmic light, reconstructed from fragments in which one can distinguish earth, water, air, fire. In the vicinity of melancholy, of nostalgia over pre-Babel times(the tower symbol of pride, but also the most beautiful dream of humanity that crosses all civilizations: a vehicle that helps us to reach heaven by hand),of waiting,in the uncleared buzz of the world which invades our final privacy, the painting matter lays on the base, keeping the tensions which load the brush against my will power, petrifying some of the energy of the painting gesture. If we disarray black of its mourning symbolism, we find that it subtly induces the mysterious beauty of the deep starless nights and profound anxiety in front of the unknown. Pure red, depleted of vitality of the blood and warmth dictates incisive passion, creating a carnal, passionate abyss or the flames of Gehenna. My art is an expression of conflicting feelings sometimes. "It is not in the whirling clouds but in the clear sky that we find the depths of the universe'',said Herman Hesse. As time passes,I tend to believe it...
