About The Artwork

The Blue Bay series started in 2016 and have become the bestseller. The artworks painted on finest cotton. I have devised the most wonderfull teals and minty blues that sadly my camera unable to fully show you on these images. The colours literally glow. They honestly have the ability to open up and bring airy joyful moof into your innersphere invoking idea of perfect paradise getaway, delicate sea colours and white beaches . Inspired by my travels to tropical seas (most beloved Maldives) and boats in the Mediterranean rivieras (9 years spent travelling to Greece in Spain at least twice a year), the series explore the idea of escape from urban stress and into the lavish tropical horizon. Its almost 3d effect created through application of various layers and easily identifiable sail down boats floating almost above the sea surface. Paintings are created with watercolour and a layer of oil boats - two stroke wonder, created to complete the minimal look of this highly successful seascape collection Bright florescent orange bouys Size:1016 x 762 x 20 mm / 30"x40" *bear in mind its much nicer mintier colours and beautiful light locked in. No camera is sensitive enough to reflect these amazing colours. You have my absolute promise its way more impressive in person. accept commissions on the series for size specific orders ** the collection has been shown aboard of luxury Saga cruise-ship [Spirit of Discovery ], prints used for Palm Beach The Breaker, Aviara Hyatt in San Diego, 5* hotel in Hawaii and a hotel revamp in Naples, FL and many more !. Been popular with yacht designers and fit out specialists so if you have corporate interest feel free to message.
