The process of an abstract painting is for the artist an adventured journey. The artist starts with random brush strokes, and through the process, the artist decides on the colors and shapes the painting will have. The artist likes to create chaos but with a certain color movement or direction. The artist works with brushes, spatula, and sponges to create the different shapes, using acrylic paints, and occasionally oil paints. When using oil, the artist uses a mix of oil paint with a cold vax medium to get a creamer texture and transparency. The painting was signed on the back of the painting in order to enable the customer to choose the direction of the hanging, horizontally or vertically. Upon the customer's request, and indicating the hanging direction, the artist can add the signature to the front of the paintin

Miri is an Argentinian-born artist based in Israel. Miri’s painting styles are abstract, semi-abstract, and realistic. She loves them all and strives to explore and improve them constantly. Her abstract paintings are versatile, and their outcome depends on the tools and techniques chosen for each painting. Over the years, Miri has developed many painting techniques, which involve the use of brushes, spatulas, sponges, rollers, and silicon squeegees. She starts randomly and works intuitively, getting inspired by the next steps as the painting develops. The outcome is expressive and captivating abstracts. When working on semi-abstract landscape paintings, Miri uses the same techniques described above without any preliminary drawing. This is because she wants to create a very loosened painting style. The images she paints are usually imaginary landscapes. In her realistic paintings, she sometimes adds some abstractive elements. Miri has participated in 2 solo exhibitions and several group exhibitions in Israel (2018-2023). She has also exhibited in New York (2019), In Italy at a digital exhibition (2021), and in Madrid (Dec 2022). Miri was featured in the Gold List top contemporary artists of today of the international Art Market Magazine, in Oct 2022; and in the Capsules Book, a premium boutique publication based in Melbourne, Australia, named: Curatorial Volume.3, Leaders in Contemporary Art, 2021. Miri was awarded the Gold List International award, a certificate of excellence for unique artistic style, and high-technique achievement in the contemporary art world; and also received the Special Mention Award in the 2022 Art Vue Foundations’ yearly price competition.
