This story was told by a friend of mine. They have trouble in their dacha — rats and mice have become impudent almost according to Uspensky: they do not knock with spoons, but they sit down at the table.
To solve the problem, his family decided to have a cat. They started it, but the cat was not quite ordinary. He's not like rats, he's afraid of mice to the point of trembling at the knees. But do not throw away the same-a living creature, not some furniture.
So they live: a neighbor drives mice around the dacha, and the cat is afraid of them. Recently, Valera went (this is a neighbor) to the dacha. I took a bottle of vodka with me, came, and there was no one to drink with — only women and small children around, the male population has a working week of rest from the family. Drinking alone is the first way to alcoholism, so Valera decided to involve the cat in the case. I poured him a glass of valerian, a shot of vodka. We sat down together. The neighbor persuaded the bottle, the cat a glass.

After drinking, the cat rolled on the floor for a while, then got up, roused himself and went to the barn where the rats had made a bed for themselves. "You can't imagine, I almost kicked the door open," says Valera.

The cat broke into the barn, after a while fell out with a dead rat in his teeth, threw the rat at the porch and went to the attic to sleep.

In the morning, the neighbor woke up before the cat and went out on the porch to smoke. The cat followed, stretching languidly.. . Then the cat saw the rat he had killed in the evening. Valera could not convey the cat's hysteria about this in words.
"Barely calmed down!

Alina Olenina was born in 1969 in Samara. Creative biography began in early childhood, when the young artist felt her ability to reflect the world around her on paper and in modeling. Painting and sculpture have become an integral part of life and formed a special attentive look at the beauty of reality. Alina Olenina studied in various studios and masters, maintaining their individuality. A few years of training at art school and the academy seemed to her boring, and the artist chose her own path. For 15 years studying the spiritual content of life, she turned to iconography and painted icons, which decorate many famous churches in Russia and Ukraine, are in private collections. Impressionism and realism intertwined in the images of the creative search for deep spiritual beauty. The experienced artist works in different styles and directions, for each picture finds its own special way of expression. Smooth classical brush painting for the restrained surface observation of nature and vice versa, textured volume stroke with a palette knife for masculine images or vivid combination of color and shape. Solo exhibitions in Russia and abroad always arouse keen interest, and many of Alina Olenina's paintings are in private collections in Japan, the United States, Spain and other countries. The artist shares her admiration and desire to create with her students-people who want to join the painting. Numerous followers of the artist get the necessary experience in her workshops and paint their own pictures. Alina Olenina lives and works in Moscow and teaches painting at studios in Moscow and the suburbs, being in constant creative inspiration.
