❝Challenge❞. Being yourself is a challenge. It is dangerous to be yourself to some extent, because you may not live up to public expectations and run the risk of being branded as a failure. The oppression of the standards, standards and patterns that exist in society can throw you below the poverty line and plunge you into the despair of loneliness. Not everyone is ready for this, not everyone dares to break out of the social framework. After all, having done this, a person opposes himself to society, throws down a challenge to it. She dared to throw this challenge and instead of achievements, grow roses in her garden, which does not fit in with anyone's expectations. She will no longer step on the throat of her song and will not become what is profitable to be. Each painting that I create is a unique dance with a variety of materials. I often refer to methods of applying liquid acrylic when priming surfaces and then going on to oil painting. The quality of this work with layers enables me to build up diverse and rich textures, from which my characteristic images appear. ▪︎ mixed media painting on canvas ▪︎ size 65х45x1,5cm ▪︎ covered with a protective varnish to prevent it from dust and sunlight ▪︎ signed on the front and back, also comes with a certificate of authenticity ♥︎ JOIN ME on Instagram

Valeria has been always fascinated by nature, the behavior of birds, the way that flowers and plants grow and how we are a big part of it, the subtle injection of ambiguity that blurs the gap between the ordinary and the fantastic. In her work, she wants to bring nature closer to the observer, to connect people with their roots and memories. Organic elements are essential as they show us, like in a fairy tale, the link between the subconscious mind and the actual world. Her artworks also embody a sense of inner freedom and identity that seems to be a constant characteristic of my work. Bright, crisp lines, a palette of oil colors, acrylics, and markers all merge to create layer by layer a particularly expressive look that distinguishes her work.
