This series of hand painted acrylic paintings by Natalia Roman are inspired by the colors and textures of Italian terrazzo tiling. The patterns created combine a variety of vivid colors in the foreground with subtle background tones, painted on a variety of shapes, mimicking the effect of pieces of marble or granite on a flat surface. Natalia Roman was born in 1984 in Girona, Spain. She has exhibited in galleries across Europe and her colorful, abstract paintings are part of private collections all over the world.
