About The Artwork

She is sitting on the sofa, scrolling through posts...her barefoot feet are touching the expensive hand-embroidered Persian carpet. She is calm and quite content. Suddenly her face turns blank. In a split second something disturbs her peace. A worrying image. A fact. Similar to the ones she had seen so many times before. As a sensitive being that she is, its impossible to discard what she saw. Again. Filled with a feeling of powerlessness, deep sadness and pain, she asks. A kind of question that would offer her a temporary relief. And the answer covered with materialistic logic creeps into her mind. The name of the painting is composed from a statement/a question cut from a paper and its shadow revealing only first words/the answer, of every line in a statement, which can also be seen and revealed on the painting as a small piece of paper posted on a wall.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:Typically 5-7 business days for domestic shipments, 10-14 business days for international shipments.

I understand everyday life as a complex organism, revealing itself through ways of operating or doing things. Repetition, habits, directions - all creating patterns and structures of society. I am interested in finding ways of articulating the opaque realm of the everyday through examination and dissection. Reviewing everydayness as a peculiar problem, a field for exploration, rather than insignificant accumulation of habits and customs. My main focus is to question the everyday practices and make invisible visible. To challenge the viewer into new ways of seeing, thinking and perceiving the structures of thought, and ways of existence.
