About The Artwork

Nature's power always inspired my work, giving me a lot of subjects and circumstances to be painted on. Someone who's living these moments of power, could really celebrates the glory on a huge shrine; the one we walk on everyday. Paper material it' s good to me because collects every single movement of my hand. Something about hi-fi.

"Ciroboarte" is my name in Art and it's come from my original name Ciro Borrelli. I was born in 1979 in Rho, a big industrial city not far away from Milan. After 1999, year of military duty, i have known the painter from Sicily Santo Nania and his School of Art "Antonello da Messina" and with him i officially studied Painting, from 2000 to 2005. A great inspiration for me was the work of Willelm De Kooning, the artists of Italian and German Trans and Peter Doig. Subsequently, painting also turned into poetry and vice versa, so i still writing poems very often. Today, my work comes life from two different sources, from two states of mind that works together, as syncro, giving to me to find all my subjects, generally: animals because i love them, human beings, natural landscapes, mysticism and technology. My dream is to see a better world, much pure and genuine, where each man lives on the respect of all other creatures and the Elements, but sorrowfully, when i involve some tech items in my paints, i have to consider them as a metaphor, with no impact on the ambient, into a perfect armony. Thus, this metaphor is the message i want to spread, like : "Please! do not destroy our planet earth...lives within...takes emotions out of it and enjoy all the life! " It's nice to see people surfing the oceans, people flying in the air or jumping high from the cliffs... nice to see the children playing on the grass, everything is nice when we accomplish our duty on the earth.
