Large size, original, unique, fine art piece. Trompe-l'oeil old stone wall with fainting graffiti cardinal bird and other imagery, executed on artisan, handmade recycled, thick paper sheet with rough edges, mixed media, mainly acrylic paint. Rough texture, predominant yellow, ochre tones in the background, rich bright red bird with a leaf i it's beak, palm trees, piramid with 3rd eye and some lettering details, decorative painting, goes well in any room or type of decor but mainly in rustic, casual or contemporary spaces. Thick paper sheet is made with best quality recycled materials, very strong. Finished painting has a transparent protective coating. All my paintings are one of a kind originals. This painting is offered unframed and without wood stretcher for easy shipping, this is convenient specially if you plan on framing the piece. Thank you so much for your interest and for supporting creativity and independent art.

Mexico
Born in Merida, Yucatán, Mexico in 1966, within a family of painters made my choice of path very easy and obvious. I’ve been painting since I can remember. I never studied art in particular, finished high school and moved out of my parents house in Mexico City, to live and paint throughout Mexican resorts like Cancun, Cozumel, Acapulco, Ixtapa and wherever my brushes lead me to. In 1989 I moved to USA where I lived and painted for 20 years and participated in many gallery shows and painted countless mural projects, both private and public in various states but mainly in Minnesota where I lived most of my time in that country, also did some mural work in Dubai during a couple of long trips to the UAE. I believe that creativity is the vehicle for inspiration, the tool that not only makes us human but is naturally given to each and everyone of us to be part of the universal creation, therefore it is the function of the creative human to spread inspiration not only through the creative work but with every aspect of life in general, giving an example of a life lived as free as possible from the limitations of the socioeconomic structure purely from his or her creativity. These days I am living and painting in Mexico around the Yucatan peninsula, doing all sort of mural projects with towns and communities, and also doing my own paintings to sell here on the internet and anywhere else on my path. Thank you very much for visiting and for supporting independent art. Rigel Sauri https://rigelsauri.wixsite.com/reciclarte https://www.instagram.com/sauririgel/ https://www.facebook.com/RSreciclarte
