About The Artwork

This small art piece is energic, lively, powerfull with a dark and a white sides. Small but impressive, this little canvas is a part of a diptych (China series 3&4). Perfect for your wall, but also for your library, just placed on a shelf. There are several artworks in this series and you can mix and match different formats. This artwork can be sold separated or with the second part of the couple (China Series 4). I love abstract visual art because, for me, it allows the viewer to apply freely their own experiences and feelings to the canvas, without any prior direction. I'm working intuitively across each composition, I never know the outcome of the piece. As an emerging artist in 2020, my artworks has already been collected across Belgium, France, Germany and in the USA. I like the idea of transmitting to people, through my works, a kind of pure energy. I think there is some particular vibrations in every painting I create.

Roxane Malu's artworks combine pleasurable childish mark-making, patterning, gestural application of colour and delicate shapes. She works with colorful palette and mixed media (pencils, inks, pastels, acrylic, oil, spraypaint...). She wants to allow the viewer to apply freely their own experiences and feelings to the canvas, without any prior direction. Working intuitively across each composition, she don't know the outcome of the piece. The painting evolves as a emotional and therapeutic process, driven by music, light and moment. Roxane lives and works in Walloon Brabant, Belgium. As an emerging professional artist in 2020, she shared her work through different exhibitions and her artworks has already been collected across Belgium, France, Germany and in the USA. She likes the idea of transmitting to people, through her works, a kind of pure energy.
