In this painting I wanted to evoke waking up in the city at dawn on a summer day. The typical colors of the rising sun, the yellow of the summer heat, everything is reflected in the windows of the buildings, creating a sort of halo in which nothing is defined. Almost like when you look at the sun with your naked eyes dazzling your vision or when myopic eyes see spotty colors from afar without distinguishing the details of things.

I'm a graphic designer, an activity that always allows me to develop creativity and ideas. I started painting almost out of necessity, it was a way of expressing my emotions by exploring other one and freeing myself from rules, constraints and limits, leaving my creativity where it wanted. I love what the eye does not see. That "something hidden" that creates depth and interest. I explored unlikely scenarios combined abstract elements with realistic figures, deers and antelopes but also palms and elements that I use to symbolize human being and life situations. Inspirated by many artists, places and travels I make around the world, I brought my art to a more intense and intimate level through a search for the sublime, for what is lost to sight and that there is only one look, a combination of wonder and wonder with a sort of restlessness and tension that shakes the mind of the observer. Peaceful landscapes always with something mysterious and inexplicable, a scenario of perfect life that is not as perfect as it seems. Stimulating the mind of the observer to a more deep and psychological approach is the goal of my paintings: far glimpse what is human reality, the most obscure and profound feelings that are not seen immediately but which, now more than ever, current they are part of everyday life such as loneliness, a sense of estrangement, mental limits, restlessness and comfort zone cages. The attempt, the desire, the constant search for freedom from any scheme in real life is what I want represent when I paint. While feeling the need to let go of the color to the only free gesture of the brush, the attraction continues for the lines and the geometries in those paintings where I represent the cities, the metropolis full of people in their microworlds where only the window lets the light enter in. And there I lose myslef in a tangle of thin colored lines that are never perfect like reality is and they never are without my presence.
