I love music, it feeds my soul. I was listening to John Coltrane via my computer while I was painting. The music reminded me of my youth listening to music on a stereo system in which an LP33 (long playing) was the standard way to choose and listen to albums. It was liberating and allowed me to follow my paint brushes lead.

I hope the viewer is inspired by the freedom as depicted in the painting. Take a trip down memory lane - whatever your memories take you.

A frame will accent the piece nicely. Acrylic paints are used along with gesso and gloss varnish. It is painted on the sides and may be used without a frame, but a frame is suggested. It is signed, titled and dated on the back. It is wired and ready to be hung straight out of the box. A Certificate of Authenticity will be included in the shipment of this original piece of artwork.

For all questions or comments, please feel free to contact a Saatchi Art Curator.

I am an abstract expressionist artist. I paint from raw emotion and release every ounce of my spirit into my creative endeavors. I studied Theater Arts and Design in New York. Painting is a medium that came to me later in my life. I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to express myself through abstraction. It's a delicious treat... sometimes decadent. I love the challenges that are presented as I contemplate new ideas, implement my thoughts, and watch them become a reality. in addition, I love listening to guests who visit my studio and purchase my art. Thanks to my clients and collectors - both national and international I was able to fundraise for the Charlotte Arts & Humanities Council of Charlotte County (Florida). It was wonderful to be able to dance and paint for such a great cause and to celebrate the arts community through scholarships for students.
