This collection of Paintings were commissioned for festivals in Hamburg, Germany through the Polish Consulate.
This particular series was derived from the influence of listening to the piano player Fryderyk Chopin and translating emotions into abstract form. The significance of the umbrella represented among other key elements, is used to represent Chopin being the overall umbrella of several styles that stemmed from his Romantic Piano playing, as well as sort of a "shelter" of culture.
