ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I walked up and down the up and down staggering streets of San Francisco. It was a beautiful evening and I needed some air. I finally came to a rest at Crissy Field. Comforted by the shade of the palm trees and dazzled by the gorgeous view of the golden gate bridge, I thought about my life, all that I had endured to be here. I looked at the grass beneath my feet and took my shoes off that I may feel it. In that moment I felt peace and happiness, I had to capture it on my canvas, that I may always hold on to it .
