Wei is a professional freelance painter and lives in Seattle, Washington State of USA. She was born in an art family in 1975 and graduated from Beijing Academy of Arts and Crafts in China, majoring in sculpture, pottery and painting. In 1999, Wei established the Pottery Art Tea Gallery in Beijing, which combined art, tea and pottery together and gave out the great pleasure to the customers for the first time in the history of China. She had been interviewed by CCTV(Chinese Central Television) and many other TV stations, and it attracted attention from all societies. Her pottery works participated in the International Ceramic Art Exhibition in Beijing and were collected. MOJOII, a silver jewelry studio was founded in Beijing in 2000 by Wei, and MoxoII, a gallery was established in 2016 in the United States. Wei has been focusing on paintings, sculptures and pottery creations. Her painting style is mainly dreamlike surrealism and themes of characters and animals.
