Created on site as the sun's angle shifts at the end of the day at Joshua Tree State Park. I was captivated by the pine growing at the top of a pile of boulders, lit by the last rays of sun. Painted on Arches 140 lb paper. The image is 16 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches on an approximately 22 1/2 x 161/2 sheet. The edges are hand torn.
