About The Artwork

In the process of continued exploration Mr. Waller discovered the process he now uses in creating new works of artistic expression. A quantum leap from traditional realistic art, these works of abstract expression, infused with glorious color, glass like appearance, and intertwined pure hues, are unlike anything in the art scene today. These two dimensional works appear to be similar to a glass cats eye marble in construction, with undiluted pure color and metallics swimming within a crystal clear substrate. This process creates depth and detail that is unforgettable once you see one of these exquisite originals up close. The exact process of creating this glasslike explosion of color is of course proprietary, but like glass art, because each piece is created individually, no two works can ever be the same or even very similar. Therefore all of Mr. Waller’s work in this format are “one of a kind original creations”, created by the artist himself, and highly collectable. For the last twenty years Mr. Waller has been creating these fine “one of a kind” masterpieces which are now owned by private discerning collectors worldwide. Obviously availability is very limited on these fine art pieces. Mr. Waller continues to work at his studio in Southern Illinois creating these expressions of beauty and creativity one masterpiece at a time.

Dennis Waller began his art career with classical training as a studio artist at Southern Illinois University in the early seventies. During those turbulent years fine art was going through a metamorphosis just as the country itself was with many artists’ searching for a signature to represent their particular style and creative expression. Because of his love of the outdoors and the natural world, Mr. Waller found his opportunity of expression through the emerging popularity of Wildlife Art. Through the eights and nineties Mr. Waller produced and sold many wildlife limited addition prints, originals, and commissions in the traditional realistic form. His waterfowl and duck stamp prints were in high demand and coveted by waterfowl enthusiasts. It was during these years that he also opened his own graphic design, illustration and advertising studio in Nashville, Tennessee where he continued to paint and explore new means of artistic expression. In the process of this continued exploration he discovered the process he now uses in creating these new works of artistic expression. A quantum leap from traditional realistic wildlife art, these works of abstract expression, infused with glorious color, glass like appearance, and intertwined pure hues, are unlike anything in the art scene today.
