About The Artwork

The painting "Divine fire" is part "Tenderness" series. It was born in difficult times of hostilities, but it is about Peace and the Brotherhood. The movement of the Peace begins within each person and it is divine in nature. The task of man is to come to awareness and love for himself and his neighbor. This painting helps to achieve the inner peace and gratitude of the Universe for Life and loved ones. In this state of mind, it is easier for a person to achieve his environmental goals and unleash his potential for the benefit of himself and the World. Technical information The painting was done on a 0.2 mm perspex panel. When designing a frame, the panel is glued to a wooden panel. It is advisable to protect the image with anti-reflective glass or plexiglass which also protects against mechanical damage. Painting is covered by UV varnish. « The less evil an artist has, the more he is an artist. » Hodaya Levin is an artist based in Israel whose paintings have been exhibited nationally. Her abstract works explore existential questions relating to the meaning of life, our role in the universe, as well as death, and the concepts of good and evil. Levin employs archetypes and other cultural codes to aid her in the deciphering of the abstract messages of the soul. For her, art is an instrument of goodness that can change the world for the better. Singular gallery Curator In painting, I practice automatic writing. Fluid technology helps me achieve inner harmony. The canvas itself is my palette, and Life itself is a limitless studio and scene of creation. Basic tools are acrylic resistant ink on plexiglass and mix media on canvas. I see Art as one of the main tools for self-knowledge and comprehension of the Universe. My art reflects the life-long project for solving the mystery of Being. Through personal experience and history of art I learning and developing new possibilities of contemporary mediums in the prism of spiritual growth. This is the mechanism of the Universe, where human is an integral part of reality and its partner as a co-creator.
