About The Artwork
Dora was a Scottish Highland ox, often standing in the wind, unkempt, in love with Bert, with a heartfelt longing for the sea, just like Bert! I love to give my cows a story, a background, a humanity. Here I show my penchant for training as an illustrator, my joy in stories and the demands I place on my paintings.

Born 1968 in Bergkamen in Germany, meanwhile I live and work as a freelance artist in Bochum (Germany). Studied visual communication at the University of Applied Sciences in Münster, majoring in illustration with Professor Rolf Escher. Since 1995 many national and international exhibitions, international collaborations with galleries and presentations at art fairs in Europe and partly overseas.
