Sarah was born in Aberdare in 1974 and grew up in the Valleys. Sarah trained as a Nurse from 1994 -1997 and as well as working part time as a nurse, Sarah currently works on commissions mainly of the British and Irish Coast. Sarah's objective is to create atmospheric work that depicts the community that she lives in. Sarah often paints from memory from a collective of images of her familiar landscape. Sarah works with acrylics on paper collage. Sarah's influences are; Kyffin Williams, Joan Eardley and Alfred Wallis.
