Endeavoring To Be A Better Person In An Increasingly Complex World Painting

Born in Boston, did my intense career-building stint in NYC, then headed west. I now live and work in southern California, in a place between the mountains and the sea. My art is about women stepping into their power; becoming whole and connected to their deepest selves. I paint women crazy in love with their imperfect lives. And those searching for a connection to something deeper. My work is about the journey of embracing the hidden and sacred and most powerful parts of ourselves. For some it looks like invincible self-confidence. For others, it's the raw honesty of our vulnerability and yearning. It's that place where our humanity feels most alive...where we feel most like the selves we were meant to be. I am forever grateful that my paintings serve as touchstones and totems to my collectors.
