Estructuras en Formación (168258) Painting

I am an Action Painter, and artists like Pollock, De Kooning and Kline are my heroes. I started painting very young and instinctively doing Action Painting, all this against the opinion of my family, friends and, later on, colleagues. Even through the period as a student, despite my abilities, I was questioned my style. Now a days, after abstraction was considered dead, it is the most POPular style. A contribution is my dynamic presentation, consisting on being able to rotate the painting at wish (because of my signature); in a sense, you get several pieces at once. As painting progressed, so did the technique and what seems to be a simplistic approach has more depth than what the ordinary spectator can understand. It is true that an abstract painting takes less time to be completed, but the conception takes longer than a representational subject. This work is inspire by the post impressionist artists who a vision of what a modern painting could be. The greys show a careful balance between the darks and the lights giving you a sense of equilibrium.
