"Evening on Mariacka Street in Gdańsk" is an evocative watercolor painting that captures the serene and magical atmosphere of one of Gdańsk's most iconic streets. The play of light and shadow, enhanced by the warm glow of street lamps, reflects off the wet cobblestones, creating a sense of tranquility and nostalgia. The towering spires of the historic church in the background, bathed in soft evening light, add a sense of grandeur and timelessness to the scene. This artwork invites the viewer to take a peaceful evening stroll through the historic streets of Gdańsk, feeling the quiet charm of this beautiful city. This painting was made with professional lightfast watercolor paints on 100% cotton, 300 gsm professional paper. These materials allow the painting to retain its archival qualities for a long time.

Professional artist, designer, and architect, passionate about creating beauty. Whether it’s a design or a painting, I strive to bring joy and beauty to people’s spaces. In my personal life, I am a mother of three, a nature lover, and have spent my life exploring new artistic techniques. Working with my hands to create art is my passion and my greatest skill. I was born in Kyiv, Ukraine, in 1979. At the age of 12, I entered art school, where I studied fine arts for four years, followed by a two-year course at the Kyiv Art Academy. In 2005, I graduated from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. Since 2015, I have been living in the Silesian region of Poland. In 2019, I had the opportunity to devote myself entirely to painting and drawing. I have taken several online watercolor courses and continue to learn and improve my skills. I regularly create many paintings and sketches and actively participate in watercolor competitions to better understand my potential. My favorite subjects are portraits, botanical illustrations, small details of the surrounding world (fragments, still lifes), and landscapes. I mostly work with watercolors, pastels, or pencils. Since 2024, I have been a member of the Polish Watercolor Society.
