“Excavation” is mixed-media (acrylic paint, charcoal, and colored pencil) abstract painting on 24 x 24 x 1.5 museum quality gallery wrapped canvas. There is a small Japanese kanji symbol in the lower right of the black area. Some of the paint was scrapped away in a few areas to reveal a bit of the first layers of paint, hence the name excavation - like an archeological dig! The sides are painted black, so framing is optional. It is wired and ready to hang.
