From the series "Frida". I am interested in this bright personality, as I already wrote, its vitality, charisma and original talent.
I prefer to do watercolor portraits without a preliminary pencil drawing, but immediately with a brush, paint, stains. So it is easier for me to invest energy, emotions, a state of mind. Contrast, dynamic strokes, light, shadow - all this is a reflection of her fate. But in her beautiful eyes there is a lively interest, curiosity for life, flirting, "viva la vida!)
*Picture with frame and protected by a special plastic glass. Fully ready for hanging on the wall.
Overall size with frame - 35x48 in.

My father was a pilot, endowed with the talent of an artist. If it were not for his choice in favor of the sky, he would definitely become a real professional artist. I remember how I was very passionate about the process of dad's drawings, opening up an endless world of creativity and plunging into it. Even then I began to paint using my father's paints and the walls of our housing. Even then, without a doubt, I realized that I wanted to become an artist. Having mastered the academic painting and graphics, at the long stages of “step-by-step” training, I decided to move with this baggage in the direction of expanding the range of expressive means and techniques. I was looking for my recipe for the synthesis of emotions, associativity, decorativeness, impressionistic ease, expressionistic attractiveness and a brief disclosure of meaning. During experiments and searches, I chose watercolor, acrylic, charcoal, silk painting (batik). I like to use several materials at the same time. The above materials stimulate and allow to express yourself "in one breath", until emotions disappear, catch the changing beauty of the moments and bring them back through the prism of my creation. Harmony, contemplative calm, sensual, poetic attitude towards the world around me is “my planet”, which I want to share, I want it to be felt and radiated from my works. This is my creative orbit, the vector of which was once established by my father, and the spiritual component from my mother - the teacher. Unfortunately, my parents left this world a long time ago. But their participation in my development as an artist is always with me. By the will of fate, I have long been living in Spain. I had to leave my design studio in Moscow, which I managed for a long time. But this beautiful sunny country has become a second home for me. Here, I still devote myself with great inspiration to creativity, transfer my knowledge and skills to students, help implement design projects, draw a lot, including tailor-made paitings for specific interiors.I collaborate with galleries, including the famous Spanish studio gallery Pepe Cabrera Arquitectura. Many of my works are in private collections. I love the sea, the mountains, the sun, the sky, nature, good people, pleasant communication, animals! I love life! ¡Viva la vida!
