Field of action Painting

The work is a phenomenological examination of the emergence of a phenomenon that is consciously experienced, without a theory to explain its causality. The painting style is free from preconceptions and assumptions about the object and is inspired by its unique and transient appearance. The subject of the painting is therefore treated freely and presented symbolically. The work attempts to describe the formal structure of an object that diverts, examines, tests, holds and distracts us. It seeks to question human consciousness and awaken self-awareness through the asymmetry of the form of the object that raises our interest. The choice represents a new and contemporary study of reality that reflects and remembers everyday phenomena. The choice to create in the style of abstract phenomenological expressionism is due to the need to show the loss of memory for the phenomena that arise and disappear from our life. The work should activate us to actively practice our concentration and focus on individual things, and at least briefly to dwell on the form of the object, so that every day we can deal with mass phenomena and the fast pace of life in our digitalized contemporary reality in a slightly more skillful and thoughtful way.
