Born in Cannes (France) in 1985, Cedric Dubbiosi is a dynamic artist with a rich background in the technology and construction sectors, particularly in Dubai. His deep passion for art persisted throughout his professional career, leading him to fully embrace it in 2021, marking a significant turning point in his journey.
