ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Her paintings are distinguished by intricate details, earning her accolades such as 'The Art of Energy' prize and inclusion in exhibitions like the curated display at The Affordable Art Fair. Her debut solo exhibition, 'Welcome to the Cloudscape', was well received and explored the idea of city dwellers using nature as a source of restoration. At the heart of Natasha’s work lies a celebration of nature’s exquisite beauty. Her art is filled with motifs ranging from vast skies with fluffy clouds, plants and flowers, to butterflies and moths, all set in a dreamy, surreal atmosphere. Growing up in an urban environment, Natasha also integrates this perspective into her work with painted graffitied brick walls or commonly seen London tower blocks. Nature remains prevalent in Natasha’s work, even amongst the urban motifs, as she feels that nature restores us to our true essence. Natasha typically works with acrylic and spray paint, often spending time researching the natural world and city surroundings as references for her work.
