Hi, my name is Polina – PolinaPollza. I'm glad that you have a look at my artworks. For me, painting is an opportunity to communicate even at a distance with the audience and share different emotions, impressions that were captured in the artworks. I have been painting since early childhood. My great-grandfather, grandfather and mother are artists, so that I cannot imagine my life without paints. I had studied Art in the college and later at the university. First, I’d learned to color wood, metal and to paint lacquer miniature. Then I switched to fashion design. During my studies I enthusiastically participated in exhibitions, fashion shows and various international competitions. Later I had been designing clothes and printed my paintings on fabric as prints for about 5 years. Currently I master the stage design and creates artworks for the interiors of apartments, cafes and hotels. To my feeling, the most important thing that the painting helps me to understand, contain and say is the multicolor and versatility of life and the value of living all events and incidents honestly and connected with yourself. I usually draw after or during travels. I admire the nature of our planet and people as an integral part of it. With each artwork, I first tell myself and then the audience how stunningly beautiful it is to live on Earth. Each artwork is one of the kaleidoscope views. Every time, looking through a kaleidoscope, you can see different beautiful patterns. It’s like every single day in the eyes of each individual person perceives a little different. From my view, the creation of an artwork is a way to capture and store a part of something that will never occur again in the exactly similar state.
