"In the universe there are two kinds of people: the frozen ones, and the moving ones.." Among empty landscapes I find paths, in the distance, in the shadow of nothing, in the middle of nowhere, where nobody can reach. I observe the distance, walking through invisible places the spots become rocks, shrubs, lakes. What you see lies in non-existence; it is both present, past and future. Close your eyes - traveler - take a break, open them again ... Horizons with loose strokes, water spots and an austere range of colors. A stroll through frozen lakes, distant forests, surreal landscapes... Empty Landscapes is a series of watercolors between abstraction and realism. Water flows over the paper taking a leading role, and the viewer discovers forms and pigments in unexpected ways.
