Golden Ocean Painting

Abstract painting "Golden Ocean" is one of a kind. This is the author's painting signed on the front and back of the canvas. In recent years, I increasingly paint abstract paintings because it is easier for me to convey my emotional state. Pure colors, not limited by any form, make me truly free, and this was exactly what I lacked in the period from 2020-2021. These are years of isolation, restrictions. I live on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea and sometimes I was able to walk along the coast with golden sand. During such walks, the idea of ​​this picture came to me: against a black background (this is my sadness), a golden ocean suddenly appears with turquoise water and endless waves that wash away my sadness, return me to a good mood and confidence that EVERYTHING WILL BE GOOD! To work on the picture, I used a stretched canvas size: 20 × 27 × 1, high-quality acrylic paints, acrylic outlines for applying stripes and glitter at the bottom of the picture, like a wet trace from a wave. The paint layer is protected with a special artistic varnish. I painted the sides of the picture black and a little gold. No additional framing required. Ready to hang. The picture will suit any modern interior and will be a wonderful, unique gift. Care: place away from direct sunlight, wipe with a dry, soft cloth.
