Golden Octopus Painting

The series Golden reflects nature´s true gold: its fauna. It shows different animals in a pose that best reflects their strength and unique character. The animals, shown as golden statues, are partially starting to fall into pieces. The level of deconstruction of the statue is depending on the animal's extinction-level in wildlife. From zero pieces (unharmed animals) down to artworks in which the majority is in pieces (such as dinosaurs). The artworks are unique and painted on high-quality hand made paper with Schmincke acryl colors. A special 23.5-carat gold leaf finish and an artist embossing are finalizing the piece. All artworks are delivered with a certificate of authenticity by the artist.
