HMS Titanic with collier S.S.J.Duncan standing by. Both ships have strong Irish connections, with Titanic being built in Belfast and J. Duncan built in the Dublin Dockyards. J. Duncan was the largest collier built prior to the great War, and her primary function was the coaling of British War Ships.
