About The Artwork
A glorious sunset sky, tranquil waters and a beckoning horizon were the elements of inspiration for this painting of Halls Harbour in Canada. In the serenity of this picture, I can hear the soft ripples forming across the water, and imagine the boats gently bobbing up and down. This painting has been produced using artist grade oil paint on canvas. A coat of professional grade art varnish has been applied to optimise the colour and protect the painting from dust, UV light and other environmental factors. The painting is provided in a complimentary wooden frame which is painted white and fitted with picture wire, ready to hang.
