This painting is inspired by aerial views of a city’s roads and blocks. The vibrant colours suggest the hustle of daily life as we rush to get from A to Z and back again. Seen from above, it’s easy to enjoy the beauty of the urban patterns created by highways and buildings. Separated from the noise and pollution, and seen in the abstract, these patterns are perfect to me. This painting was created on stretched canvas, the width of which you can see in the photos. It can be hung as is or framed. Painting is signed and dated on the back.
