The power of an image lies in its ability to capture a moment without premeditation, to reflect the depths of being, and to transmute experiences into symbols. It is through the image that the archetypal can be revealed, flashing forth with profound meaning. I firmly believe in the intuitive approach to creativity. My dreams flow into the images I create, and the richness of reality, the knowledge of civilization, and internal drama all come together to form symbols that are always new and exciting, as long as I remain true to my original principles. No story is ever truly finished, as it is constantly evolving and changing, and this is why art can never be exhausted. Technological advancements can be used to enhance and elevate the symbols in new and more impactful ways, but only when they serve the ideas and the art, not the other way around. The artist is the one who sheds light on their own cathartic experience that happens as a result of the creative process. As they delve deep into the heart of the world, where opposing forces such as happiness, joy, and pain converge, the artist gains insight into the secrets of existence. In my artistic endeavors, I strive to remain true to my internal creative impulses and avoid the external pressures of cultural expectations. I believe that my art contains inherent social commentary and reflects my attitude toward reality and the contemporary world, without the need for explicit explanation. AWARDS AND HONORS: 2016.
