This painting, made with oil paints on a wooden panel, is a bright and detailed scene in which a man in colorful clothes communicates with a white horse against a picturesque landscape. Various animals are grouped around them, including dogs and deer. In the background, you can see a majestic castle on top of a cliff. The uniqueness of this painting primarily lies in the fact that it was inspired by an engraving by Albrecht Durer, one of the most famous artists of the Renaissance. This influence can be seen in the accuracy of the details, proportions and composition of the painting. However, despite being inspired by a classic work, this painting has its own personality and interpretation. The inspiration for the artist, in addition to Durer's engraving, could be taken from medieval legends or stories about the knights' travels, their encounters with animals and adventures in distant castles. Each animal depicted in the painting can carry symbolism or be an allegory for certain human qualities. In general, the painting is a harmonious combination of classical and modern art, illustrating the bridge between the past and the present in artistic creativity.
