PERSONAL Maria Esperanza considers herself a self-taught artist. She was born in Madrid. She currently resides in Ciudad Real. She is a university graduate. From a very young age she has always been committed to painting. She has been influenced by the famous painters: Claudio de Lorena, Constable, Velázquez, Sorolla and other contemporary artists. TECHNIQUE Maria Esperanza prefers water and figure themes inspired in nature, however she also likes diversity and paints many themes. She has her own way of painting acquired through practice over the years. She prefers to paint with the oil technique, but she also dominates pastel, watercolor and carbon. Her art can be defined as realistic always with a very personal style that is what characterizes her.
