Art Description

Painting: Acrylic, Oil, Graphite on Canvas.

In the process of working on this project, I studied the themes of the past and present.
The project is about the unconscious feelings growing inside us for a long time before we recognize about them.
About freedom.
The red memory of the past. The yellow memory of the present.
Passion, confession, fortress inside and outside.
Rebellion. The Red is a revolution and a medicine. The Red protects itself and me. No other color protects its territory like the Red. It is demanding, always on the alert against everything. It burns inside itself.
The yellow flower is a drawing from the childhood when thoughts are pure, naive and at ease. I wanted to transform it into a symbol of my present events. It was important for me to keep the childlike spontaneity, lightness and freedom of lines, but, at the same time, to make the content deeper. Now I see in it the freedom tearing in all directions in confusion.
The Yellow is the color of maturity and change.
