ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Size: 30" W x 40" H (76 x 102 cm) I found inspiration for this work after visiting the gallery with paintings by Edvard Munch. I didn't try to recreate the artist's style, make a copy or something like that. I just went back to my studio and immersed myself in the process of intuitive creativity. As a result, I created this abstract painting. The artwork turned out to be really dynamic and emotional. I used wide flying strokes and different paint techniques. Thin black and white lines against the brushstroke background play with our imaginations. The combination of contrasting dark and light colors, orange, blue and red accents make the artwork deep and expressive.
